My name is Jennifer Dubernas. I founded Simple Twist Inc., a small, independent consulting firm offering design services.

My super power is connecting people for the greater good of an organization. I am an expert in Human-centered Design and Systems Thinking. I am a curious explorer that enjoys learning about people and culture - it’s foundational for change. I work with everyone from global enterprise executives, to business leaders and partners, to end-users, to connect-the-dots.

As a trusted advisor, I can take either a holistic approach or hone in on a specific problem within the ecosystem to build momentum - it depends how quickly leadership wants to move the needle. I work at strategic and business management levels. I utilize the Triple Diamond framework to operationalize, which connects Design Thinking, Lean Business, and Agile processes. I engage with executive sponsors to understand their business ask, research their problems from multiple angles, architect and clarify the context and the current system, provide actionable insights and opportunities, showcase industry best practices for inspiration, collaboratively and creatively ideate on new concepts, and present to leadership innovative solutions, with North Star visions and strategic roadmaps. My people, process, bridging, and visualization skills are extremely valuable for improved understanding, connection, communication, and alignment.

I have successfully helped organizations by architecting digital experience ecosystems, evolving culture and mindsets with education, clarifying and aligning leadership’s charter and scope, defining North Star vision and current-to-future roadmaps, proposing and adopting new business capabilities, piloting new operational programs and cross-functional processes, illustrating human experiences identifying areas of opportunity, iteratively researching and developing innovative products and services enabled by new technology, creating cohesive systems and standards for scale, instituting governance for checks-and-balances, and developing feedback loops (human and data-driven) for strategic decision-making.

Ultimately, I improve leadership’s understanding and strategic decision-making, create new behaviors, optimize business performance, maintain market competitiveness, and increase satisfaction of outcomes.
