Measure and validate as soon, and as often, as possible. Ensure the new or improved solution meets the needs of business and/or customer. Discover additional insights to influence future solution enhancements or potentially the direction of the business.
MAXIMIZATION & SCALE
Continue to develop the solution in parallel with the North Star vision. Create education and training for operations (playbook), and system standards and guidelines for cohesion, to efficiently scale and grow the business.
